Here's how ex-LSU basketball star Angel Reese played in conference finals

Angel Reese, the former LSU standout, has delivered a historic postseason for the Atlanta Dream, culminating in their first WNBA Finals appearance since 2013. After a dominant sweep of the New York Liberty in the semifinals—winning all three games—the Dream secured their spot in the championship round.

Reese, now in her third WNBA season and first with Atlanta, has been the driving force behind the team’s resurgence, following two less consistent years with the Chicago Sky. Her leadership and belief in the team’s potential have been central to their success, with the Dream also defeating the Washington Mystics in the first round of the playoffs.

Reese has openly described her Finals run as a manifestation of her confidence, marking a pivotal moment in her young career. The series begins soon, with the Dream aiming to add a championship to their historic postseason push.
