Harry Brook says Brydon Carse ‘just needs time away from the international scene’

England skipper Harry Brook recently addressed the status of fast bowler Brydon Carse, expressing optimism that his close friend and teammate will eventually return to limited-overs international duty. Carse is currently addressing several matters internally and remains absent from national selection while a formal inquiry by the Cricket Regulator proceeds following an altercation in Derby last month that briefly involved police handcuffs.
