Getting to know Man Utd boss Olid

Eva Olid has navigated a challenging initial ten weeks as Manchester United manager following her August appointment. After a difficult start that included a 2-1 loss to London City Lionesses and a 5-0 defeat by Chelsea, the 41-year-old coach held honest discussions with her squad to address tactical issues.

This shift led to a 1-1 draw against Arsenal and a subsequent five-game unbeaten streak that moved the team from the bottom of the table to seventh place. Olid, who previously led Hearts to a Scottish Premier League title, is now balancing the club's focus on academy development with her ambition to implement an attacking style of play.
