Georgia football has secured another commitment from a top Georgia prospect, as versatile defensive back Braylon Miller has flipped his pledge from Liberty University to the Bulldogs. The Covington, Georgia, athlete announced his decision after multiple visits to Athens, including an official visit that solidified his choice.
Miller’s recruitment was reportedly influenced by Georgia head coach Kirby Smart’s offer, with the Bulldogs now positioning him as a key piece of their 2027 defensive lineup. The move adds to Georgia’s growing roster of highly rated defenders, several of whom are already projected as early-round NFL draft picks in the upcoming 2027 class.
Miller’s decision comes amid a season of highs and lows for Georgia, including a recent upset loss to Auburn that marked the Bulldogs’ first defeat of the year. Despite the setback, Georgia remains a national powerhouse, with its recruiting class continuing to draw top-tier talent from across the state and beyond.
The addition of Miller further strengthens the Bulldogs’ defensive depth, offering flexibility in coverage and a dynamic playmaker on the back end.
