Gabby Williams helps lead second-year Valkyries into WNBA semifinals against defending champion Aces

Gabby Williams and the Golden State Valkyries advanced to the WNBA semifinals after erasing a sixteen-point deficit to defeat Dallas seventy-seven to seventy-three in a deciding third game. Tiffany Hayes contributed eighteen points off the bench during that elimination victory, while Williams added nineteen.

Golden State now faces a best-of-five series against the defending champion Las Vegas Aces, whose star A'ja Wilson enters the matchup following a thirty-six-point performance to eliminate Caitlin Clark and the Fever. Valkyries coach Natalie Nakase previously served as an assistant under Aces coach Becky Hammon before leading her expansion squad to this postseason clash.
