Fantasy Football Week 4 Early Waiver Wire Pickups: Ollie Gordon II, Braelon Allen top adds after De'Von Achane, Breece Hall injuries

Fantasy managers searching for early Week 4 waiver options face limited choices as injuries shake up backfields. Miami running back Ollie Gordon II saw extensive action after De'Von Achane left Sunday's contest against the Chiefs due to a knee issue, capitalizing on the opportunity with seventeen carries, forty-one rushing yards, three receptions, and a touchdown.

Meanwhile, the New York Jets could be dealing with significant offensive absences following their matchup with the Lions. Breece Hall departed in the second half with a thigh problem, leaving Braelon Allen positioned as the primary replacement.

Additionally, tight end Kenyon Sadiq enjoyed a breakout performance with seven catches for one05 yards and a score, though the team also monitored health concerns for Garrett Wilson.
