England name squad for ODI tri-series against Pakistan and Sri Lanka, Mason Crane earns recall

England has finalized a sixteen-person touring roster under the leadership of Harry Brook for an upcoming three-nation 50-over tournament taking place from October eighteenth through thirty-first. The selection committee recalled leg-spinner Mason Crane following strong domestic displays for Glamorgan, marking his return to the international setup alongside returning veterans Adil Rashid and Sam Curran who recovered from respective hand and groin injuries.

Meanwhile, fast bowler Jofra Archer was left off the touring party to manage his playing workload, and Josub Buttler was forced to withdraw due to a hamstring issue picked up during the previous series against Sri Lanka. The squad also incorporates uncapped Sussex prospects James Coles and Henry Crocombe.
