England fast-track teenage star Thomas Rew for Australia white-ball tour

England’s white-ball squad has gained a fresh young talent as 18-year-old Thomas Rew earns his international debut for the upcoming tour of Australia. The four-week trip, set to begin after the tri-series in Pakistan, will feature three One Day Internationals and five Twenty20 matches, offering Rew immediate high-level experience.

Meanwhile, fast bowler Jacob Bethell is set to return from a knee injury, while Brydon Carse remains sidelined. The ODI lineup will include key pacers Jofra Archer, Josh Tongue, Gus Atkinson, and Sonny Baker, who will also transition into the subsequent Test series against South Africa starting in November.
