Enes Kanter says he’s ‘officially invited’ Donald Trump to his first WNBA game in 2027

Former NBA player Enes Kanter revealed that he has extended an invitation to United States President Donald Trump to witness his debut appearance in the WNBA scheduled for 2027. Kanter previously announced his intention to enter the league's draft earlier this year, setting the stage for his upcoming transition.

In addition to the presidential invite, Kanter shared that Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Famer Dennis Rodman has committed to serve as his personal coach during the offseason to prepare him for competition. The 2026 WNBA season is currently concluding with its playoffs, leading into an offseason before play resumes in 2027.
