ECB help would make women's Test a 'certainty' - West Indies

Cricket West Indies executive Dehring indicated that a upcoming women's Test match against England scheduled for next April and May could be guaranteed if financial help is provided by the ECB. The tour is presently slated to feature three T20 fixtures and three one-day internationals alongside the potential red-ball game, though regional boards typically absorb visiting logistical bills like lodging and transit.

Because inter-island flights and broadcast production expenses inflate budgets across the Caribbean, host bidding is currently underway while the organization manages recent cost-cutting measures that included reducing player contracts.
