Eagles QB Jalen Hurts leaves game vs. Bears after taking hard hit out of bounds

Philadelphia quarterback Jalen Hurts exited a Monday night matchup against Chicago after absorbing a heavy blow near the boundary line from linebacker D'Marco Jackson. Although the signal-caller walked off under his own power following the second-quarter incident, referees directed him to the blue medical tent for a concussion assessment.

Andy Dalton took over quarterback duties for the remainder of the possession, which ultimately ended when Chicago intercepted a pass near the end zone.
