Dodgers lose veteran playoff hero to sudden season-ending injury

During the penultimate matchup of the regular schedule, the Los Angeles bullpen suffered a major setback when veteran pitcher Blake Treinen experienced a severe shoulder issue while loosening up. Manager Dave Roberts confirmed that the relief arm will undergo medical imaging but is ruled out for the remainder of the campaign and upcoming postseason run.

Treinen previously contributed to three World Series championships for the franchise and battled various arm ailments over recent seasons. Teammates expressed deep disappointment over the sudden health crisis affecting one of their clubhouse leaders.
