Deommodore Lenoir injury update as 49ers CB banged up vs. Cardinals

San Francisco 49ers cornerback Deommodore Lenoir sustained an injury during a defensive stop against the Arizona Cardinals on September 27. While collaborating with linebacker Fred Warner to bring down receiver Michael Wilson following a five-yard reception, Lenoir absorbed an accidental helmet-to-helmet collision from his teammate.

He remained grounded momentarily before exiting the gridiron under his own power with a visible limp during the second quarter.
