David Coulthard urges FIA to speed up safety car decisions

Former Formula 1 competitor David Coulthard has called on racing regulators to accelerate their deployment of race-neutralisation measures. His remarks follow the Spanish Grand Prix held at the Madring circuit, where Lando Norris of McLaren saw a probable victory vanish after Lance Stroll of Aston Martin suffered a brake failure and halted on the track.
