David Bailey returns from injury for biggest Jets test yet against Patrick Mahomes

New York pass rusher David Bailey is set to rejoin the defensive lineup after sitting out the previous contest due to a groin issue. His return comes at a critical juncture as the squad prepares to slow down quarterback Patrick Mahomes and the opposing ground game this weekend.

Coaches have emphasized maintaining discipline to avoid costly infractions and keeping the signal-caller contained within the pocket. Despite struggling to generate interceptions throughout the campaign, the defense has managed to force and recover multiple fumbles.

Meanwhile, the offensive unit continues to struggle inside the scoring zone, converting a league-low percentage of red-zone visits into touchdowns during recent matchups.
