The New England Patriots held a practice session featuring several injury designations ahead of their upcoming weekend matchup against the Buffalo Bills. Cornerback Christian Gonzalez sat out for a second consecutive day due to a shoulder issue following his participation in fifty-two defensive snaps during a recent thirty-five to six defeat against the Jacksonville Jaguars, a game in which he recorded a pair of tackles and a pass breakup.
Alongside Gonzalez, defensive tackle Christian Barmore and right tackle Morgan Moses also missed a second straight workout with respective shoulder and foot ailments. Meanwhile, fullback Reggie Gilliam was downgraded to inactive status following a limited Wednesday session, and cornerback Channing Canada joined the injury list as a limited participant for a hamstring concern.
Several other athletes were limited for a second day, including linebacker Christian Elliss, linebacker Dre'Mont Jones, tight end Eli Raridon, safety Brenden Schooler, and safety Craig Woodson, while quarterback Drake Maye maintained full participation regarding his right shoulder.
