CB Cobie Durant, LB DeMarvion Overshown ruled out, but Malik Hooker returns

Dallas is preparing to host a weekend matchup in Houston with a mix of roster updates. Cornerback Cobie Durant and linebacker DeMarvion Overshown will remain sidelined due to hamstring issues, meaning Durant misses his second straight contest and Overshown continues his absence dating back to the opening week.

On the brighter side, safety Malik Hooker is cleared to play after missing time with a broken arm sustained in the season opener, having progressed to full practice participation by Friday following limited sessions earlier in the week. Joining Hooker in returning are outside linebacker James Houston, who recovered from a shoulder injury, and cornerback Shavon Revel, who overcame knee and ankle concerns to log full work at the end of the week.
