Cam Schlittler's scoreless outing and Ben Rice's grand slam power Yankees to 9-0 drubbing of Red Sox in Wild Card Game 1

Cam Schlittler dominated on the mound and Ben Rice drove in six runs to lead the Yankees to a 9-0 victory over the Red Sox in the opening game of the AL Wild Card Series on Tuesday. Schlittler struck out ten batters across six and a third innings, allowing just a pair of hits and walking two, while relying on a heavy mix of fastballs and a devastating curveball.

Rice powered the offense in the absence of Aaron Judge by going four for five, highlighted by a towering grand slam off Brayan Bello and a solo home run.
