Cadillac makes three major tech hires including former Red Bull design chief

Cadillac has bolstered its technical department with three notable engineering acquisitions to drive forward its racing project. Craig Skinner takes on the role of chief development engineer after previously holding a chief design position at Red Bull.

Meanwhile, Eric Blandin transitions from Aston Martin to oversee aerodynamics as the head of the department, and Tim Lean joins the aero group in a chief engineering capacity.
