Braves designate Luke Williams for assignment, select Danny Young

The Atlanta Braves have initiated their roster adjustments by removing utility player Luke Williams from the active squad and adding relief pitcher Danny Young. Williams made only two appearances for the major league club this year, spending the majority of his campaign with Triple-A Gwinnett, though he did secure a spot on the postseason Wild Card roster.

Meanwhile, Young pitched in sixteen contests for the organization over the course of the season, serving as a relief option before struggling in his final outings and briefly being removed from the roster in August.
