Bills DC Jim Leonhard excited, understands effort “not up to standards” yet

Buffalo kicked off its regular season under fresh head coach Joe Brady with a wild 36-31 road triumph against Houston. The seesaw battle included eight total lead swaps, with four taking place during the fourth quarter alone, as quarterback Josh Allen carried much of the scoring load to help mask defensive issues.
