Astros players express anger after fans boo team during wild-card loss to White Sox: 'We want their support.'

The Houston Astros dropped the opening game of their wild-card series to the Chicago White Sox by a 6-3 margin on Tuesday. Defensive lapses and early mistakes contributed to the defeat as Houston fell behind by five runs and failed to mount a response against eleven opposing hits.

Christian Walker and Bennett Sousa expressed frustration after supporters voiced their disapproval as the squad returned to the dugout following a late wild pitch. Walker noted that the team needs positive energy at home rather than negative reactions, while Sousa stated that the roster has sacrificed a great deal to reach the postseason.
