Aston Villa planning Endrick move - Monday's gossip

October 11, 2026

Aston Villa are actively pursuing a January loan move for Brazilian forward Endrick, the 20-year-old Real Madrid striker, as part of their ongoing squad strengthening ahead of the new season. The club has reportedly allocated funds for a potential £18 million bid for Colombian attacker Kevin Viveros, currently at Atlético Paranaense, though no formal approach has been confirmed.

Meanwhile, Everton are leading the race to sign Rennes forward Esteban Lepaul, with Aston Villa, Brentford, Brighton, and Leeds United also monitoring the 26-year-old France international’s availability. Liverpool are reportedly evaluating a transfer for Barcelona and Spain midfielder Marc Bernal, the 19-year-old talent, as they assess their midfield options for the upcoming campaign.

RB Leipzig’s Norwegian striker Antonio Nusa, valued at £60 million, remains a target for Arsenal, Aston Villa, and Newcastle United, though no concrete discussions have been reported. Former Germany manager Julian Nagelsmann’s rumored return to RB Leipzig was swiftly dismissed by Red Bull’s football chief, Roger Schmidt, who reaffirmed his support for current head coach Martin Demichelis.

Tottenham forward Dominic Solanke, 29, has made it clear he has no intention of leaving the club, despite Spurs’ plans to bolster their attacking lineup in the transfer window.
