Arizona Cardinals place Kitan Crawford on injured reserve, sign Kalen King from practice squad

Following their 26-14 road victory over the Los Angeles Chargers to open the 2026 campaign, the Arizona Cardinals adjusted their roster due to an in-game setback. Defensive back Kitan Crawford was placed on injured reserve after sustaining an injury that required him to be carted off during the third quarter.

To fill the open spot in the secondary, the Cardinals promoted Kalen King from the practice squad to the active roster. Arizona's defense logged 55 snaps during the Week 1 win as the squad prepares for an upcoming Week 2 matchup against the Seattle Seahawks.
