
Teenage compound archer Prithika Pradeep balanced her academic commitments with international competition, securing a strong 93 percent score in her class 12 exams just prior to earning her place at the Asian Games during the May trials. Competing in Aichi-Nagoya, the Pune-based athlete claimed a gold medal in the women's compound team event alongside teammates Jyothi Surekha Venna and Chikitha Taniparthi, following a flawless performance in the final against China where she shot exclusively tens.
Her breakout international season also featured an individual bronze at World Cup Stage 4 in Madrid, cementing her status as a rising prospect under coach Kunal Taware.
