AFC North: Steelers trade away cornerback the night before Browns TNF matchup

The Pittsburgh Steelers shocked the division ahead of their Thursday matchup against Cleveland by shipping cornerback Joey Porter Jr. to the Dallas Cowboys. In return, Pittsburgh collected future draft capital, picking up a sixth-rounder in 2027 and a second-rounder in 2028.

Dallas has previously traded for other high-drafted Pittsburgh players such as George Pickens and Broderick Jones. Meanwhile, the Steelers faced additional roster concerns with other cornerbacks appearing questionable for the upcoming contest.
