49ers WR Demarcus Robinson will be sidelined with high ankle sprain

San Francisco wide receiver Demarcus Robinson sustained a severe ankle problem during the second quarter of Sunday's matchup against Miami and had to be transported off the field on a cart. Following the contest, head coach Kyle Shanahan confirmed that the franchise is now forced to bring in outside assistance to reinforce a heavily depleted pass-catching corps.
