Minnesota Lynx guard Olivia Miles has officially been voted the unanimous 2026 WNBA Rookie of the Year. The second overall draft pick captured every single ballot from the national voting panel following an extraordinary debut campaign where she started forty contests and averaged nearly twenty points per game along with six assists.
Miles also broke the league record for most points scored by a first-year player by totaling 790 points over the course of the season, surpassing the previous benchmark set by Caitlin Clark in 2024. Aside from the rookie accolade, Minnesota head coach Cheryl Reeve also secured the Coach of the Year honor for her leadership in guiding the Lynx to the top seed in the standings.
