‘This is lame’ – Ex-NCAAF player bashes Enes Kanter over 2026 WNBA Finals announcement

The Golden State Valkyries secured a 68-64 victory over the Atlanta Dream in the opening game of the 2026 WNBA Finals. As the series shifts toward upcoming contests in Atlanta, former NBA player Enes Kanter Freedom has declared his intention to attend Game 3 at State Farm Arena.

Kanter stated he plans to observe Gabby Williams and mock Angel Reese, while also wearing a provocative shirt. Former college football player Darnell Smith criticized these intentions, arguing that Kanter is merely seeking attention and distracting from the championship series.
