"They are looking like some effing dummies" - Kendrick Perkins blasts Chicago Sky for giving up on Angel Reese

Following her offseason departure from the Chicago Sky, Angel Reese captured the Defensive Player of the Year award while averaging 16.4 points and 12.1 rebounds during her first season with the Atlanta Dream. The standout forward helped guide her new squad to the WNBA Finals against the Golden State Valkyries, a stark contrast to Chicago missing the postseason for a third straight year after compiling a 23-61 record across her two seasons there.

Former NBA player Kendrick Perkins criticized the Chicago front office during an appearance on The Road Trippin Show, arguing that the franchise failed to provide adequate support before trading her away.
