Rishabh Pant celebrated his 29th birthday on a joyous note as the Rest of India secured the Irani Cup trophy following a resounding 167-run triumph against Jammu and Kashmir. Even though an illness kept him sidelined from the playing field during the match, the wicketkeeper-batter happily participated in the post-match celebrations.

The squad successfully overturned an early deficit to claim the title, fueled significantly by Mukesh Kumar with his stellar bowling performance alongside a crucial knock from young batter Ravichandran Smaran.
