‘She Is the WNBA,’ ‘This Is Why the Rest of the League Hate Her’ – Fans React to Massive Drop in Playoff Viewership With Caitlin Clark’s Fever Eliminate

The Las Vegas Aces eliminated the Indiana Fever from the WNBA playoffs with a 94-83 victory at Michelob ULTRA Arena. Following the exit of Caitlin Clark and her team, television ratings experienced a significant decline compared to the opening round series that consistently drew over 1 million viewers per game.

While some observers attribute the viewership drop directly to the absence of the Fever star, others note that the league continues to feature competitive matchups in the semifinals involving teams like the Golden State Valkyries, the Atlanta Dream, and the New York Liberty.
