NFL Week 4 injury report: Justin Jefferson out, Nico Collins in; Terry McLaurin suffers late-week injury

Week 4 of the NFL season brings a fresh wave of roster setbacks following Thursday night's opening contest between Cleveland and Pittsburgh. Star receiver Justin Jefferson, defensive lineman Aaron Donald, and cornerback Christian Gonzalez are among the notable names officially ruled out ahead of the weekend slate.

Injuries are heavily impacting several matchups, including the upcoming London encounter between Indianapolis and Washington. The Commanders will be missing quarterback Jayden Daniels, forcing Marcus Mariota into the starting role, and recently added wide receiver Terry McLaurin to their injury report due to a hamstring issue.
