Week 5 NFL Power Rankings: Where do the 49ers rank among undefeated teams?

The San Francisco 49ers have maintained a perfect 4-0 record to start the 2026 season, sharing this status with the Minnesota Vikings and Kansas City Chiefs. Despite a significant injury list affecting their defensive line and wide receiver corps, the team leads the league with a +58 point differential.

Quarterback Brock Purdy has been a standout performer, and the offensive line has notably allowed zero sacks across the first four games. Recent victories include wins over the Denver Broncos and Los Angeles Rams, with the team currently holding the top spot in multiple major power rankings.
