Week 5 College Football Picks: Joshua Nunn’s Predictions for Today’s Under-the-Radar NCAAF Games

Analyst Joshua Nunn is previewing four under-the-radar college football games for the Week 5 slate on October 3, highlighting matchups like Akron against Central Michigan and Georgia Southern versus Coastal Carolina. For the Central Michigan matchup, Nunn notes that Akron is dealing with severe roster issues, including defensive front injuries and reliance on third-string quarterback Brayden Roggow after averaging just 11 points against FBS opponents.

Meanwhile, Georgia Southern is facing major injury concerns after consecutive grueling contests, losing several defensive contributors and their top pass catcher for the remainder of the season.
