Week 5 AFC West roundup, Denver Broncos pull even with Las Vegas

The Denver Broncos secured a 23-17 victory over the Los Angeles Chargers, moving into a tie with the Las Vegas Raiders for second place in the AFC West. Bo Nix threw for 123 yards and one touchdown for Denver, while Justin Herbert recorded 121 yards, one touchdown, and an interception for the winless Chargers.

The Broncos relied heavily on their defense, which forced key turnovers to set up their scoring drives after a scoreless first half for the offense. Los Angeles held a lead entering the final quarter following a productive third, but they were unable to hold off the visitors in the closing minutes.

The Chargers now sit at 0-5 on the season, raising significant concerns about the team's direction and performance.
