Real seek McTominay move - Friday's gossip

Real Madrid are reportedly monitoring the contract situation of Scott McTominay at Napoli, with the Spanish club expressing interest in securing the 29-year-old Scotland midfielder for a potential end-of-season move. Meanwhile, Bayern Munich are in discussions to extend the contract of Michael Olise, the 24-year-old France winger, who currently has a deal running until 2029 but could be tempted by a transfer to Real Madrid if an offer materializes.

Manchester United, however, are focusing on younger talent, with the club extending a scholarship offer to attacking midfielder JJ Gabriel, now 16, though his market value remains modest at around £350,000 if he were to leave for another club abroad.

Chelsea’s transfer activity is centered on Barcelona midfielder Frenkie de Jong, with the Blues keen to bring him in as a replacement for Enzo Fernández, who recently joined Manchester City. Liverpool’s buyback clause for Bayer Leverkusen defender Jarell Quansah, valued at £59.5 million, appears unlikely to materialize, as the England international shows reluctance to return to Anfield.

Juventus, meanwhile, are evaluating alternatives to Nick Woltemade, their 24-year-old Germany striker on loan from Newcastle, with Monaco forward Folarin Balogun emerging as a potential option. Newcastle and Everton are both eyeing Galatasaray midfielder Gabriel Sara, while Hull City are nearing completion of a £1.5 million deal for Turkish goalkeeper Deniz Donmezer, aged 18.
