The Baltimore Ravens entered Week 6 with a significant injury update, listing 19 players on their first report ahead of their upcoming clash with the Cleveland Browns. Among the notable absences, quarterback Lamar Jackson and tight end Matthew Hibner did not participate in Wednesday’s practice, marking the most serious concerns.
However, there was positive news for rookie wide receiver Ja’Kobi Lane, who returned to full practice after fracturing his wrist in Week 1, while outside linebacker Trey Hendrickson also returned following surgery for a broken finger. Twelve other players were limited in practice, with seven suffering new injuries likely sustained during Sunday’s victory over the Atlanta Falcons.
The Ravens’ depth was tested further by the absence of defensive tackle Calais Campbell and running back Trenton Simpson, among others, though most were expected to manage through the game with varying degrees of restriction.
