Rams star throws punch at Bills player in ugly postgame fight as suspension looms

Monday night ended in a 37-34 overtime defeat for the Los Angeles Rams against the Buffalo Bills, followed immediately by an ugly physical altercation near midfield. Cameras spotted Rams offensive lineman Alaric Jackson swinging a right-handed punch at Bills linebacker Bradley Chubb after a verbal exchange as the victors celebrated their comeback triumph on the field.

Subsequent tracking showed another confrontation as Jackson headed toward the locker room, though injured teammate Myles Garrett stepped in to prevent further escalation.

This incident arrives at a precarious time for Jackson, who previously faced a two-game league ban in 2024 and an unfiled domestic violence arrest in June. League officials will now review the confrontation to determine if supplemental discipline is warranted, which could leave Los Angeles without their starting left tackle for upcoming contests.
