Rams sign linebacker Eric Kendricks

The Los Angeles Rams have added veteran linebacker Eric Kendricks to their practice squad as of Tuesday. The 34-year-old, who was a 2015 second-round selection out of UCLA, spent the previous season contributing to the San Francisco 49ers, where he recorded 19 tackles and three tackles for loss across two postseason appearances.

Kendricks has played for the Minnesota Vikings, Los Angeles Chargers, Dallas Cowboys, and 49ers throughout his career. His current move to the Rams practice squad mirrors his previous mid-season transition to San Francisco, as the team evaluates its depth behind players like Nate Landman and Omar Speights.
