Pakistan eyes hosting all 2028 Women's T20 World Cup matches as UAE emerges for India

Pakistan is planning to serve as the primary host for the 2028 Women's T20 World Cup, which is scheduled to run from September 7 through October 1. The Pakistan Cricket Board intends to manage all tournament fixtures except for those involving India, with the United Arab Emirates currently favored as the neutral site for Indian matches to streamline travel and logistics.

This strategy aligns with the hybrid framework utilized during the 2025 Champions Trophy, where Dubai hosted India's games. While the International Cricket Council has confirmed the hybrid model will apply to this tournament, specific venue assignments for the knockout stages remain subject to further official confirmation.
