NFL hot seat coaches include Jim Harbaugh – but still not Matt LaFluer

Four weeks into the NFL regular season, a handful of winless teams are already applying pressure to their head coaches. Despite fan frustrations in Green Bay, Matt LaFleur remains secure due to personnel limitations and a recent multi-year contract extension signed by team leadership.

Meanwhile, struggling mentors across the league face much shorter leashes amid mounting defeats. Among those under heavy scrutiny is Todd Bowles, whose Tampa Bay squad sits at zero wins and four losses following multiple consecutive losing stretches and the loss of his starting quarterback to a thumb injury.

Aaron Glenn is similarly feeling the heat in New York after his squad stumbled through another difficult opening stretch.
