Brazilian soccer star Neymar Jr has completed the purchase of a prime piece of real estate in Bal Harbour. The transaction secured him a 0.6-acre waterfront lot at a final price tag of $26 million.

The acquisition came at a noticeable discount relative to its asking price. The property had originally entered the market seeking $28.5 million before the deal closed.
