MLB Championship Series 2026 discussion thread: Day 4

The Milwaukee Brewers are riding high after sweeping the first two games of the National League Championship Series, but the series now shifts to Los Angeles, where the Dodgers will look to leverage home-field advantage to turn the tide. The Brewers lead 2-0, a deficit the Dodgers have only overcome once in recent years—when they rallied from 0-2 in 2020 to defeat the Atlanta Braves and advance to the World Series.

Meanwhile, the Brewers will face a key decision regarding Shohei Ohtani, who has struggled recently but is expected to start Game 3 despite concerns about his availability. Tonight’s matchup pits left-handed pitchers Robert Gasser (5-5, 3.87 ERA) for Milwaukee against Blake Snell (4-1, 1.90 ERA) for the Dodgers, with the game set to tip off at 6 PM MDT on FS1 and ESPN Radio.

The Brewers aim to extend their lead, while the Dodgers seek to avoid becoming the first team since 2021 to lose a best-of-seven series after falling behind 0-2.
