Man Utd revisit deal for Hall - Wednesday gossip

Manchester United are preparing a significant defensive reshuffle for the upcoming summer, with plans to re-engage in negotiations for Newcastle United and England left-back Lewis Hall, a 22-year-old who has expressed a desire to join the Red Devils. The club is also targeting Bournemouth and France defender Adrien Truffert, 24, as part of this broader recruitment drive.

Elsewhere in the transfer market, Real Madrid maintain their interest in Arsenal's Riccardo Calafiori, though the Gunners have indicated that only an exceptional bid would secure the 24-year-old's release. Liverpool and Arsenal are both pursuing Barcelona's 19-year-old Xavi Espart, a move complicated by his release clause exceeding £84 million.

Newcastle are eyeing a free-agent signing of AC Milan's Fikayo Tomori, 28, while Arsenal look to sign Club Brugge striker Nicolo Tresoldi, 22, in January for a reported £42 million. Aston Villa are close to extending contracts for Emiliano Buendia, Victor Lindelof, and George Hemmings, and Manchester United are monitoring the future of Crystal Palace winger Ismaila Sarr, 28, amid interest from Galatasaray.

Tottenham's Pedro Porro, 27, would seriously consider a move to either Barcelona or Real Madrid, while Manchester United defender Lisandro Martinez, 28, is expected to depart at the end of the current season.
