The New York Giants continued their Week 5 preparations with a mix of progress and lingering concerns on Thursday. Wide receiver Malik Nabers returned to practice after sitting out Wednesday due to knee discomfort, though his participation remained limited.
Nabers has not yet confirmed his availability for Sunday’s game against the Washington Commanders, but his return to the field suggests he is making steady progress. Left tackle Andrew Thomas, dealing with a groin issue, also practiced on a restricted basis, continuing a season-long approach that has allowed him to stay on the field for every game despite his injury.
Meanwhile, running back Najee Harris resumed full practice after missing Wednesday’s session, while defensive lineman Chauncey Golston and safety Jason Pinnock remained out due to neck and concussion concerns, respectively. Tight ends Isaiah Likely and Chris Manhertz, along with running back Cam Skattebo, continued to practice with limitations for the second consecutive day, each managing separate knee, groin, and shoulder issues.
Cornerback Deonte Banks and offensive lineman Bryan Hudson, however, were fully engaged in Thursday’s session, recovering from calf and ankle problems, respectively.
