The Kansas State football program recently reached out to 2028 recruiting class defensive back Elijah Smith with a scholarship proposal. Smith, who attends Allen High School in Texas, is also weighing opportunities from programs such as the Louisville Cardinals and Oklahoma State Cowboys.
In addition to targeting Smith, the coaching staff has extended offers to several other prospects across multiple positions. These include defensive linemen Quinn Jacobs from Blessed Trinity Catholic High School and Julian Dwyer from Cincinnati Moeller High School, along with Butler Community College defensive end Jekai Lee and Fort Bend High School cornerback Dailon Denkins.
Offensive line targets Jerry Richmond of East St. Louis High School and Ankeny Centennial High School tackle Asher Megonnell also received recent attention from the program.
Furthermore, the university offered tight end positions to Hill-Murray High School student Brady Reeves and Waco Midway High School prospect Sloan Blackwell.
