Josh Hokit Claps Back at ‘Boring’ UFC Rival Alexander Volkov

UFC heavyweight contender Josh Hokit fired back at rival Alexander Volkov after the Russian dismissed him as an easy opponent in recent remarks. Volkov had claimed Hokit would be a straightforward matchup, prompting Hokit to respond with a scathing social media post, calling Volkov's record and fighting style ‘boring.’ Hokit highlighted his own recent victories over Francis Ngannou and Jairzinho Rozenstruik, contrasting them with Volkov’s losses to both fighters, as well as defeats to Ciryl Gane and a close win over Almir Almeida—both of whom Ngannou had dominated.

Hokit’s upcoming bout against Gane at UFC 334 could determine his path to the undisputed heavyweight title, while Volkov’s performance against Rizvan Kuniev at UFC 333 may influence his own shot at a title fight if he impresses.
