Joe Burrow suggests throwing more with run game struggles

Following a strong 2-0 start to the campaign, the Cincinnati Bengals have slipped back to an even record after dropping consecutive matchups in weeks three and four. Their upcoming contest brings them face to face with a winless Miami Dolphins squad, though the visitors might take the field without top pass-catchers Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins.

During their recent defeat against Jacksonville at Paycor Stadium, the ground attack generated a meager 23 yards across 15 total attempts, forcing quarterback Joe Burrow into 54 passing attempts. Chase Brown contributed just 10 yards on nine rushes, Samaje Perine gained seven yards on three carries, and Burrow chipped in six yards on three rushes.

Asked about the struggling rushing production following the loss, Burrow jokingly suggested a simple strategy of airing the ball out even more.
