Islanders Gameday: Back to Toronto

The New York Islanders return to Toronto for their second visit of the season. This follows a recent Maple Leafs contest where Gavin McKenna was benched, Kirill Marchenko recorded a hat trick, and John Tavares exited early due to an injury sustained during a collision.

Elsewhere, Pete DeBoer has addressed his approach to benching Cal Ritchie and Anthony Duclair, while Rick Bowness expressed frustration regarding the defensive performance of the Blue Jackets. Additionally, David Perron has joined the Stars for his 20th season, and Mike Babcock acknowledged overusing his primary players during a recent defeat.
